The Suprfit Hallgard weight bench is a perfect base for a variety of different exercises. It is particularly suitable for workouts that focus on arm, shoulder and chest muscles - such as chest presses, butterflys and much more. It can be used with dumbbells, a barbell with weights, or as a perfect complement with a rack. Thanks to the multi-stage adjustable seat and backrest with 6 positions, it serves as a flat bench, but also allows various lying or sitting positions. The comfortable upholstery, with easy-care artificial leather cover and the stable, non-slip construction allow a maximum load of 300 kg.
